Vocational Skills & Economic Empowerment

MANTRAS Foundation conducted the Vocational Skills & Economic Empowerment Initiative with the aim of strengthening practical skills and creating pathways towards greater economic independence. The programme placed particular emphasis on empowering women by providing opportunities to develop useful vocational capabilities that can support their personal and professional growth. The initiative encouraged participants to gain practical knowledge and skills that can be applied to livelihood opportunities and income-generating activities. By focusing on skill development and self-reliance, the programme sought to help participants become better prepared to make informed career choices and work towards greater financial stability. Beyond skill development, the initiative also aimed to build confidence and encourage a mindset of continuous learning and growth.
