📍 Raniganj, West Bengal
MANTRAS Foundation works to address hunger and food insecurity through compassionate food distribution programmes, including Roti on Wheels and ongoing Annakshetra initiatives in Raniganj, in collaboration with Amrit Nath Charitable Trust.

About the Initiative
Creating meaningful participation and impact
MANTRAS Foundation’s Hunger Relief & Community Nutrition Initiative focuses on supporting individuals and families facing food insecurity by providing access to essential meals and nutritional support. Through structured and compassionate food distribution programmes, the initiative aims to ensure that vulnerable members of the community receive timely food assistance with dignity and care.
As part of this ongoing effort, Roti on Wheels and continuous Annakshetra initiatives are being carried out in Raniganj in collaboration with Amrit Nath Charitable Trust. These programmes provide meals to people in need while encouraging community participation and collective responsibility towards addressing hunger.
The initiative reflects MANTRAS Foundation’s commitment to building a more caring and inclusive society where access to basic necessities is supported through meaningful community action. By combining organised food distribution with sustained social engagement, the programme seeks to contribute towards reducing hunger and strengthening community well-being.
